Cass Sunstein wants to mandate links on private websites
For those who don't know, Cass Sunstein is the Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs for President Barack Obama. That means that he advises the President on matters relating to information, and on matters where government regulates private citizens.
For those who don't know, Cass Sunstein is a pretty radical dude. No, I don't mean "radical" like "that's rad" but like "that's bad". His ideas threaten to infringe the rights of individuals like few others in American history. For example, Wikipedia states that his philosophy on the interpretation of federal law is that it should be made not by judges but by the beliefs and commitments of the U.S. president and those around him. That's not the way things traditionally work around here. Here's some more Sunstein, on taxes:
In what sense is the money in our pockets and bank accounts fully 'ours'? Did we earn it by our own autonomous efforts? Could we have inherited it without the assistance of probate courts? Do we save it without the support of bank regulators? Could we spend it if there were no public officials to coordinate the efforts and pool the resources of the community in which we live? Without taxes, there would be no liberty. Without taxes there would be no property.
Sunstein believes that animals should have access to legal representation. Yes, that's right...he believes that animals should be able to sue people. He also believes that organ donation should be mandatory. I'm sure there will be more as his views get more publicity. He's written a lot over the years.
In this video, Sunstein suggests a way to make sure that competing viewpoints get noticed in the public square: forcing websites (like GodWords) to link to websites with "opposing views". Take a listen:

As amazing as this all out, brazen attack on Christianity has been, we know that it has been long in the making by the progressives as it is their only way to take control of humanity. Knowing we are 'christians' and our gospel says to 'turn the other cheek' may fuel their arrogance, however, our gospel also says that 'Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God'. The progressive's hubris and deceit will be their downfall. They are fighting for power... we are fighting for our GOD-GIVEN INALIENABLE RIGHTS and FREEDOM. There will be no contest. It's time for the Church of Christ, and Churches of God to ban together and speak out as one.... our rights and our freedoms were given to us by God and God alone. 'Social Justice' must be put down for the lie that it is. Our individual personal relationships with God and Jesus to whom we are accountable and to none other, is the foundation of our existence, not the 'law or regulation of the day'.
Free will and Common Sense will always prevail. The question is, how far backwards are we willing to let our Christian-Founded America deteriorate before we finally acknowledge that war has been waged on us and we must act ?
As distressing as this is, we must remember that when God closes one door He opens another. It is also a glorious opportunity for all churches to open their doors wider and welcome more people into the fold. We are in God's Hands, we are to be Joyful and not Fearful, however, we are also to be His Warriors. We are blessed.
May God Bless you for what you do and may God Bless America!
