One of the coolest/dumbest cartoons from the 80's had to have been Thundercats. Now it's going to be made into a full-length CGI movie for 2010. I'm more than marginally excited about this...I'm whelmed!

You see, the cartoon ran from 1985 to 1990...so I was already out of high school when it started. In college, we took our stupidity seriously and watched Thundercats religiously. We'd run around yelling "SCHNARF" at each other, and stutter "thunder...thunder..." from time to time.

Yeah, we were really cool.

Anyway, it'll be fun to have a new movie. Bring back the old days, whether they were good old days or not. Below are a fan-generated movie trailer (cleverly done), the Thundercats logo, and a bonus video. Reliant K has a song called I'm Lion-O, and I thought you might want to hear it.

Bonus Thundercats Trivia: Earle Hyman was the voice of Panthro...but you might remember him from the Cosby Show as Cliff Huxtable's father!
